Uzuri Coach & Counseling Services was established in 2022 by Lindani Gumede, a passionate and dedicated professional interested in fostering healthy relationships, mental well-being, and strategic personal development. In 2021, Lindani earned an Honours Degree specializing in Trauma Counseling, with the hope of providing effective support for individuals who have experienced trauma. However, he recognized that the tools from his degree alone were insufficient to provide comprehensive support to individuals. To address this gap, Lindani pursued additional certifications in Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and Neuro-linguistic Programming.
As he continued to provide coaching & counsel, Lindani identified the critical need for integrating therapeutic work into the practice. This realization led to him enrolling in a Master’s degree in Clinical Pastoral Care at Stellenbosch University.
